We believe in building tools that respect your data and your time. Instead of a long, complicated legal contract, here is a simple statement of how we run Miqyas and what we expect from you.

Your data is yours

You own every survey, every response, and every data point you collect. We just provide the tools to process it. We will never sell, mine, or exploit your data.

Privacy by default

We built Miqyas to protect privacy structurally. We won't attempt to unmask anonymous respondents or bypass privacy protections, and we ask that you don't either.

Fair use

Please use Miqyas responsibly. Don't use our platform to send spam, collect personal data unlawfully, or harass anyone. If you abuse the platform, we will have to close your account.

We are in Beta

Miqyas is currently in a free beta period. Features will evolve, and sometimes things might break. We don't guarantee perfect uptime right now, but we promise to always communicate clearly before making any major changes.
